This study is for recently diagnosed subjects with Parkinson’s disease comparing Pramipexole in various doses or placebo taken twice daily or three times daily to determine if it is effective given only twice daily.

5-Arm, Parallel Group Trial to Assess Rotigotine Transdermal System Dose Response in Subjects with Advanced-Stage Parkinson’s Disease
This is a study of various doses of the Rotigotine patch in subjects with Parkinson’s disease who experience 2.5 hours /day in the “off” state.

This study is comparing different doses of rasagiline versus placebo to determine if this drug slows down the progression of Parkinson’s disease.
